Midstad Ulm
A portfolio development with sustainable future potential. With a utilisation concept that harmonises retail and office on a total of seven floors. Shopping at the modern Peek & Cloppenburg B.V. & Co. KG, Düsseldorf* on a total of two floors, which will remain open during the entire renovation period. The modern extension of the building with attractive office space is located above. The highlight is a roof garden accessible to all users and a vast oasis of calm in the centre of the city. One of the new main tenants at Midstad Ulm will be the University of Ulm.
