Projekt
Midstad Salzburg
At the central Ferdinand-Hanusch-Platz, directly at the entrance to Salzburg's historic old town, the transformation of the former "AVA-Hof" is creating a forward-looking building block for the city centre. A multi-use building covering around 16,300 m² is being constructed, combining retail, a 5-star hotel, office space, conference areas, two apartments and an underground car park under one roof. The project combines economic strength with cultural and social impact and is shaping one of Salzburg's most important urban locations. Sustainability and innovation are at the heart of the project: Midstad is aiming for ÖGNI Gold certification and is focusing on forward-looking energy and utilisation concepts.
