Midstad Lüdenscheid

As part of a joint workshop process with the city of Lüdenscheid, Midstad has developed a future-oriented transformation concept for the property at Wilhelmstraße 2–10. The existing building will be demolished and replaced by a multi-use property that sets new standards with around 8,000 m² of usable space: modern working environments, complementary retail and catering facilities, and flexible spaces for events. Sustainability, urban quality and holistic operation form the foundation. This will create a vibrant hub at Sternplatz that will strengthen the city centre in the long term, ensure its attractiveness and bring more life to the area.
