Projekt

Midstad Cologne

With the expansion of the Weltstadthaus on Schildergasse in Cologne, we want to make a contribution to the inner city development of the future. With a flexible retail space concept, multifunctional uses and sustainable architecture, the project will be a driving force for the entire district.

The planned conversion creates a harmonious combination of retail, office, hotel, gastronomy and public use. A new roof terrace with a playground, a variety of event spaces and the opening up of the previously inaccessible dome to the public will make the building an attractive attraction. Resource-conserving construction measures, energy-efficient technology and green roofs underline the project's commitment to sustainability.

With this architectural upgrade, Midstad Köln is contributing to the further revitalization of the district and improving the quality of life in Cologne's city centre - a building that lives and enlivens its surroundings.
