Central Distribution Center Bedburg
A new logistics center for Peek & Cloppenburg* KG, Düsseldorf, was completed in Bedburg and leased to Mode Logistik GmbH & Co KG, a subsidiary of Peek & Cloppenburg B.V. & Co KG. The property is used as a single tenant and offers 52,920 square meters of logistics space in five halls as well as 5,460 square meters for offices, social rooms and a canteen.
The energy-efficient building is equipped with a photovoltaic system and is DGNB Gold Standard certified. The logistics center handles the central processing and storage of goods as well as the distribution of the exclusive brands.
