MIPIM 2024: Joining the City of Frankfurt at the international real estate event

From 12 to 15 March, we will be a joint exhibitor at the City of Frankfurt's stand at the international real estate fair MIPIM. Visit us in Hall Riviera 7 at Stand R.7 G.20. Our team will be available during the entire event to answer your questions and discuss possible cooperation opportunities.

On Tuesday, 12 March, Dr Kevin Meyer will discuss the topic of "Retail development in Frankfurt am Main, where structural change meets the economic realities of real estate" together with the City of Frankfurt starting at 3:00 pm.

With our Midstad Frankfurt project, a property with an individual mix of retail, offices, restaurants, educational and leisure facilities is being created in the heart of Frankfurt's city centre. These will attract people while reinforcing their loyalty to the city centre. In combination with attractive architecture and lively meeting places, such as roof terraces with restaurants, playgrounds or sports facilities, places are created that are holistically appealing and lively. This will have a positive effect on the sense of local safety and create further impetus for overall development, new concepts and investors. Vibrant uses thus influence a development that has a positive effect on the entire urban environment: from the property to the neighbourhood; from the neighbourhood to the city centre and from there to the entire urban space.
