  • Ensuring the functionality, value retention and economic, legally compliant and sustainable operation of all properties
  • Planning of maintenance measures, cost estimates
  • Planning and awarding contracts for tenant fit-outs
  • Construction consulting for the refurbishment of existing buildings, consulting for project developments with regard to building operations, life-cycle costs and sustainability
  • Project management for refurbishment and renovation work
  • Project/budget monitoring, controlling and construction project reporting
  • ESG / technical energy management, sustainable building operations
  • Selection of and contract relationships with external service providers
  • Control and monitoring of external FM services
  • Warranty management
  • Ensuring data quality in the area of responsibility
  • Support with purchases (technical due diligence, negotiation, technology)


  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification; Completed studies with a specialisation in real estate technology, e.g. industrial engineer, supply engineer, architect, etc. or comparable fundamental training
  • Several years of proven professional experience in technical property management
  • Experience in managing external service providers
  • Extensive knowledge in dealing with maintenance and modernisation measures
  • Affinity for technical and legal issues in property management
  • Very good IT skills, previous knowledge of "Realax" desirable
